How do I apply for an account?

What is order turnaround time?
For our Treads Stair Nosings we work on a 24 hour cut and packing deadline and transport is a 24 hour service. This will depend on the size of your order and also on transport which can fail for a number of reasons and cannot be guaranteed. The earlier we have to prepare your order the better.
Do you accept returns?
If an item has been cut to order we cannot accept a return. Stock lengths can be returned on request but transport and a restocking charge of 20% will be applied. Returned items must arrive in an unused and good condition. We cannot accept returns from orders more than 6 weeks old.
What are your stock lengths for stair nosing?
Our nosings are supplied in the following standard lengths: 3.225 m | 2.75 m | 2.525 m
What’s the minimum order amount?
There is no minimum order for our stair nosings and accessories, however, we will charge carriage for orders under £250.00 Nett.
Can I see the products in person?
We can send samples of all our products. Simply request samples through our website or contact the sales team and they will be happy to help.
